For the next 3 weeks we will be doing a recipe series where we will share some of our healthy soul-warming recipes so you can get that comfort food feeling without the guilt.

We are going to kick off the series with our take on a Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte. This recipe has less sugar than your conventional Pumpkin Spice Latte, and it is so heartwarming. Honestly, there is nothing better than curling up to a warm beverage on a chilly day.

Ingredients:

– 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup regular coffee (this is optional, this recipe doesn’t need coffee)
– 1.5 t canned pumpkin purée
– 1/2 t pumpkin spice mix (recipe included below)
– 2 t maple syrup
– 1 cup steamed Vanilla Nutpods

Pumpkin Spice mix:

– 1 t cinnamon
– 1/4 t nutmeg
– 1/4 t ground ginger
– 1/8 t ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Mix 1 shot of espresso or 1/2 cup regular coffee with steamed nutpods, pumpkin purée, pumpkin spice mix, and maple syrup all together. Then top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
